Refund Policy

Information on Lawmadi OS credit purchases and refunds

Scope

This Refund Policy applies to the purchase and refund of credit products sold by Lawmadi OS (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Credits are used exclusively for the AI Legal Information Service. The Attorney Search Service (coming soon) is not subject to credit payment or refunds.

Credit Products

The Service offers the following credit products. Credits are used for AI legal information queries and 1:1 Leader Chat.

Credits never expire and are permanently added to your account.

Refund Conditions

Refunds for credit purchases are processed according to the following conditions:

Partial refund example: Standard 100 credits ($4.99) purchased, 30 credits used → Unused 70 credits × $0.050 (purchase unit price) = $3.50 refund

The 3 free credits granted once on login are not eligible for refund.

Credits are digital content. Once used (response generated), withdrawal rights for those credits are limited per Korean E-Commerce Act Article 17(2)(5).

Refund Process

Please submit all refund requests via the email below. Requesting directly through Paddle may result in processing delays.

Refund Exclusions

Even if the refund conditions in Article 3 are met, refunds are restricted in the following cases:

Service Failure Compensation

If credits were consumed due to a service failure but a proper response was not received, the credits will be restored.

We continuously monitor service failure cases to improve service quality.
